comb.bat deletes four intermediate files,
then recreates them from 16 cart images,
then combines them to make TOM16.bin
which is used to program the 8Mbit EPROM.
Each cart image (except for one) is 64K,
and contains both what I call CS6 (I610) and
CS3 (I611) chip images. The Drumware 808 cart
used only one EPROM, so I added a second EPROM
to it which has just one sound in it. This batch
file has only been tested with Windows XP.

TOM16.bin is the 8Mbit image created by comb.bat

Tomv16.bin is the binary image used to program
a 27C256 for the firmware upgrade. The TOM used
a 27128. To use a 27C256, you need to place the
binary image in the top half of the EPROM by adding
an offset of $4000 in the programmer.
